Pilgrimage for Grace Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 30 January 2026

Pilgrimage for Grace seeks to make its website as accessible and usable as possible for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process and are committed to improving access as our work and digital presence develop.

Our approach to accessibility

We aim to design and maintain this website with accessibility in mind, taking reasonable steps to ensure that content is clear, readable, and easy to navigate. Where possible, this includes:

  • Using a website platform that supports recognised accessibility standards and features.

  • Ensuring text can be resized without loss of content or functionality.

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images where appropriate.

  • Seeking to maintain sufficient colour contrast for readability.

  • Designing pages and navigation to be usable with a keyboard and assistive technologies.

  • Providing clear labels and guidance on forms.

Limitations and ongoing work

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible. This may include:

  • Third-party or embedded content (such as maps or external tools) which is not under our direct control.

  • Downloadable documents, such as PDFs, which may not yet be fully optimised for screen-reader use.

  • Audio or video content, including any live streams added in the future, which may not always include captions or transcripts.

We continue to review and improve accessibility as resources allow, particularly when adding new content or features.
